How We Process

All of our products are made-to-order by hand in Tallahassee, Florida.

We're currently accepting pre-orders on our Daily Holy Grail Planners! Pre-orders end April 21, 2023 and are expected to be shipped out no later than May 5, 2023.

Orders can not be canceled or changed once placed. If you need to update your address or have further questions, please email byananamills@gmail.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate this request.

Once shipped, your planner should arrive at your door within 1 to 3 days. for US orders. 

You will receive a tracking number via email after your order is ready to ship. If you placed an order and have not received your tracking information by the end of our estimated pre-order processing time, please email us at byanamills@gmail.com.
